"Spring Fling" Dance Saturday, April 5

The April Fort Wayne Dancesport "Spring Fling" Dance is scheduled for this
coming Saturday, April 5, 2008, from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. at IPFW's Walb
Memorial Ballroom. Note that the April dance is on the first Saturday of the
month, not the more typical second Saturday. The dance will include a lesson
in west coast swing taught by Mark Bradburn and Melissa Culbertson.

Fort Wayne Dancesport Championships Deadline Nears

The deadline to enter the 2008 USA Dance Fort Wayne Dancesport Championships
amateur ballroom competition without paying a late fee is about a month away
(May 5) Be sure to check the competition Web site at

complete information and the latest news.

Help Finding Competition Partners Available

If you'd like to enter the Fort Wayne Dancesport Championships but are
having trouble finding an amateur partner with whom to compete, Fort Wayne
Dancesport is here to help. Our chapter Web site now has a "Partner Search"
forum on which you can post a free "partner wanted" message. Just go to our
home page (www.fwdancesport.org <http://www.fwdancesport.org/> ), log in
with the form in the lower left corner of the page (or register for an
account if you don't have one yet), click on "Partner Search" from the Main
Menu (upper left of the home page) and click on "New Thread" to post your
ad. While you're on the forum you can also browse and reply to messages left

If you're looking for places to dance in addition to our chapter dances,

When news about chapter activities, etc. occurs between issues of the
monthly newsletter, we try to publish it promptly on the Web site. View the

Chapter Email Distribution Service

Anyone is welcome to sign up for email news like this message (including
people who are not members of our chapter). Anyone who'd like to receive
